I like to bearing every evening but my foot kills me the subsequent morning & throughout the following day because I hold a heel spur thats been next to me for several years now. I tried the special insoles & they don't facilitate very much at adjectives. I don't want to go to the doctor except for a final resort. Anyone have any accepted wisdom?What is the best entity for a heel spur other afterwards special insoles?

I have this and I tried everything. Stretching, special socks you sleep in to stretch your instep overnight, insoles, shifting the height of my shoes etc. In the finish, the one thing that fixed it (so far) forever is a cortizone injection at the doctors. My suggestion is to "just do it".

Probably on your side. If you sleep on your put money on it will cause snoring.
For me it's flat on my rear. What really makes the difference for me is the mattress.
