when you have stomach anguish try not to eat something sturdy and heavy drink smashed potatoes or soup ...
avoid milk. When i have a stomach discomfort i like mash potatoes
Yogurt helps me, especially the Yoplait glutinous and creamy.
Avoid anything with too much dairy or too much grease. Usually things beside a lot of starch - crackers, pretzels, and bread will facilitate ease your stomach. Try drinking clear liquid like dampen, or 7-up as well. If none of that works, try some soup, or even jell-o. Feel better!
noodles near a little bit of butter =]
if you resembling it some chicken noodle soup and DO NOT EAT TOMATO SOUP! To drink, some 7up pop. Hope you feel better.
My husband have trouble with sharp reflux, but he can't take Prilosec: The stuff make him sick. So I make a tea for him next to chamomile, ginger, honey and a bit of sugar in it. It seem to help seriously. The chamomile comes in an herbal tea call Tension Tamer, and it's put out by Celestial Seasonings.
Jello, mash potatoes, chicken soup next to noodles and grapes. Avoid melons, green veggies, greasy meats, hot dogs, any processed food.
If you hold some bacteria, a yogurt will oblige balance the intestinal flora.
Get very well soon.
