What is a robust mealplan?

Hi, I know I don't eat outstandingly healthy, considering I put away mostly fast-food and frozen dinners. I've heard give or take a few stuff like the "food pyramid", but what should I be drinking on a daily reason? Could someone give me an example of what I should put away for each banquet in an entire week? What is a robust mealplan?
The healthiest foods are those that are minimally processed. For breakfast, enjoy fresh fruit with fresh nuts, or boiled eggs, or a salad with broccoli (very soaring in protein). For lunch, enjoy a baby greens salad next to diced chicken, a very obedient oil and fresh lime liquid. Have dried fruits and nuts for a snack. For dinner, have marinated chicken or fish or steak and a salad. The nutrients contained by salad are better absorbed than any other foods. Take your lunch beside you to work.
There are a lot of factor that determine what you should eat (age, loftiness, weight, leisure level, etc), and I other chart my eating using a (FREE!!) website call www.fitday.com
Try it out, it's totally free and you can look up the foods you eat to see how much cooking oil, carbs, etc. is in them. You can see what nutritional goal you should be meeting after giving for a while bit of information. It's awesome. I lost a total of 40 pounds on my own doing it this way.
Good luck!
milk product for carbohydrates and hefty, pulses will be the best for protien, so add a cup of cream milk and pulses in your diet avoid white bread as they are not perfect for health.
