YOU MUST INSIST ON MEDICAL OPEN--do not sign unless it is OPEN !!
I know in my state (MT) you are entitled to 6 weeks salary per % rating of impairment- so say you are given a 45 % impairment rating - they retribution you an additional 275 weeks of retribution at your bi-weekly rate of pay. AND YOU MUST INSIST FOR MEDICAL OPEN - consequently it WILL be reasonable!
AND ONLY THEN!
There really is no likely dollar per day -with torment and suffering because it lasts a lifetime!

How can you really put a price tag on strain & suffering? It's like asking what a vivacity is worth.
You did not explain why you have stomach-ache and suffering. If it is real serious you enjoy to see a lawyer, the intricate thing is to find a suitable one, most will go on a 1/3 cost, they will seize 1/3 plus expenses and you get 2/3 rd of what is moved out. We had a devout lawyer, he feel we should have received more so he cut his percentage from 33% to 27.5 %
