What is the best on a daily basis excerise for one who have final backache?
Check with your doctor until that time starting any exercise, many associates with hindmost problems should not exercise.
Swimming is the gentlest and generally the safest.
Please be distrustful and ask your doctor about your vertebrae pain and suitable exercises. I own back issues and am unacceptable to exercise at all.
Stretching. Start assured, work up to yoga.
i heard that walking near your back straight is a markedly good excercise to curtail back stomach-ache.and if money is not so much a problem for u...u can also try the MBT shoes...they help too.Good Luck!!
deeply of back backache is only impermanent and soon improves beside time - sometimes when taking anti-imflamatories it masks the discomfort and during certain exercises you can do yourself more impair so be cautious. Yoga, pilattes are right. General consensus is visit your GP if it persist. But keep alive if you can, walk and do kind stretches and hope you feel better soon
