stabilize it and head to a dr.
capably obviously you enjoy to get it put final into place if i doesnt on its own. then brand name sure you havent torn anything, then some sort of strengthening treatment on it.
Well it really depends on what happened. Did you dislocate it? did it break? did you rip cartilage in in attendance? It all depends on what happen for treatment, But a good standard rule is immobilization, rest, ice it to run down major swelling. Break may require a knees replacement, so it really all comes final to what went on.
Stabalize it next to whatever you can find to prevent it moving.
A rolled up weekly and bandage or if it's contained by a funny, difficult position, leave it contained by that position or one that is the most comfortable and support it okay.
It will hurt way too much to move anyway, and any ring an ambulance or get someone to help yourself to you to the ER to have it put support in place.
You won't be capable of do it yourself for pain reason and you will need an x-ray to recount if it is defantly back within place. And you could cause more wreckage doing it yourself.
If you feel unwell or dizzy at any time due to stomach-ache. Lay down and let someone else serve you.
