What do you do to help out your fibromyalgia?

What do you do to help out your fibromyalgia?
I was diagnosed seventeen years ago near Fibromyalgia. What helps me the most is open tissue massage treatment. That relieves the pain and get my muscles loose faster than anything. I also use moist heating wad or ice pack depending on the pain.
a hot hip bath with 2c. of Epsom salt helps pullout the lactic acerbic that forms on the muscles.
I use Serotoin medication, pain pills when required, muscle relaxants when necessary and anti inflammatory medication.
I have written an article in the order of Fibromyalgia and I'm enclosing the association where you can read more give or take a few this.
I hope this helps.
fibromyalgia is a disease next to pain, stiffness and discomfort of the joints, muscles and tendons. cause fatigue, sleeplessness, even depression . and needs physiotherapy. it have certain points which are oversensitive. contained by physiotherapy infraruj, hotpack( hot therapy).. are used.then manipulate, scapular mobilization, and deep chafe to the over-sensitive points should be done. even emotional stress or weather switch can cause the aggravation of the sympthoms.
I hold a friend who just turned 80,and he have the same entry. He was to the point that he could hardly use his arms, and the pain be terrible. His doctor put him on Prednazone to save the inflammation under control and to stop the discomfort. The use of this medication is a last resort treatment because it can incentive mood change and a " Moon" obverse effect among other things. He was on treatment for several years in the past he could go past its sell-by date it.It may take several adjustment of the medication to find the correct dosage.Check with your doctor.
