For the last few weeks rotten and on my left ear have had much pressure and popping on the inside...specifically when I work-out. Any advice/suggestions?What is cause a popping within my vanished ear?
lots of things could be going on! mine does it too because of my bleak sinuses! do you swim alot ? could be swimmers ear!keep an view on it ,if it gets worse or starts to hurt see a dr. sometimes it can clear up by itself.
It's basically from too mch air getting into the tube that connects the mouth beside the ear canal (called the Eustation Tube). No big settlement.

could actually be your jowl popping.its a thing call TMJ...I have it from gritting my teeth at hours of darkness
Look at what you are eating and drinking. Have your ears checked out to be sure in attendance is nothing physically contained by your ear such as water. Check and see if nearby is a sonic generator in your nouns. The police use these a lot to irritate the populace.
Maybe you should try ear drops...or travel to the doctors and have it checked out.
