I had my modern calf roll on my shoulder today and twist it pretty unyielding. It hurts pretty bad and I hold to get up contained by the morning to feed him again (hoping he won't roll on me again). Is at hand anything I can do to make it perceive better at least for for a moment while?What is biddable for my shoulder?
Aleve, ibuprofen- ice and afterwards after 24 hours heat--and limit the use of your shoulder until it feel better - you don't want to develope arthritis in the your latter years.
