its been proven that milk and a turkey sandwich have the ingredients to make you sleep. Think more or less Thanksgiving, what do you do or want to do after you eat turkey? sleep:)

It have proven over and over that eating past bed has no worse effects for your body than intake at any other time. The only concern would be things close to heartburn or acid reflux, which might cause you sit up and burp. You can solve that by just have a light snack and some milk or hose down, no juices or sodas.
Drink a cold cup of water. Not one and only does it help put together your stomach feel full but cold hose is also speeds up your metabolism.
You know what I find works great for that situation? A little peanut butter spread on 1 slice of wheat bread with a cup of milk (skim or low fat). You're getting a whopping amount of protein in the P.B., some fiber from the bread, and milk only just goes next to P.B. :) That small amount of snack fills you up approaching nobody's business, allowing you to go to sleep lacking filling yourself up too full of calories. This works for me. If you don't approaching peanut butter, try something like a slice of smoked turkey on that piece of bread or something equally wadding.

Wow. Peanut butter keeps me awake. A banana and milk work best--it's wadding, but not alot of calories. I eat PB if I'm sleepy and hungry but I have need of to get through a shift.
drink partly a bottle of NyQuil. works every time
NOTHING BEATS A WARM GLASS OF MILK.
