What exercises should I do to stretch my plantar fascia contained by demand to relieve affliction from plantar fasciitis?

I have be suffering from plantar fasciitis for the last 10 months and up to very soon I have not be able to relieve the misery on both heels. Any help is appreciated.What exercises should I do to stretch my plantar fascia contained by demand to relieve affliction from plantar fasciitis?

using big words like that, you nouns like you'd already know what to do.
put both of your hand on the wall about one foot above your director. dont bounce, but instead lower one knee at a time while keeping your foot firmly planted on the ground. this opening your just stretching. repeat for the other foot. hope this help;)michele
My podiatrist recommends using cold can of soda - place them on the floor and roll them back and forth near your arch for 10 minutes 2x each light of day. If you have not done so already - see a podiatrist for custom orthotics for your shoes - it make a huge difference.
