What help a wound treat hurriedly? (few ?'s)?

and im still unsure if vitamin e can put on open wound?
it is no longer bleeding ..of late sore and red
is neosporin or bacitracin better?
also i would like to try to prevent a defect...although i can tell nearby will be one..it has already turning ominous around the edges..
lastyly i CANT put a bandiad over it..i am allergic to the glue on them so my skin become sore ..red and irritated

Vit E does work capably.
Personally I would use Tea Tree Oil.
Rather than a bandaid try and dry dressing and a small bandage.

neosporin is better and it have bacitracin in it, so its a win win situation, beside that you might wana try some zinc oxyide ointment which it help to protect the skin more and heal it as economically.
