when I see guys who get kicked, they are in closely of pain for a while. When someone punches me it hurts, but go away quickly. i meditate the pain go to the boys, and good piece :]
The former I'd imagine, but it would be unyielding for anyone to ever be truly objective.

Football boots, stilettos, ballet pumps?
why do you have need of to know this you can not get kicked surrounded by both, so don't worry give or take a few it i would imagine both are deeply pain-full and are definitely unsafe i think you should avoid getting kicked
