I've been really tired lately, I'd sleep contained by till 11 in the morning, but just an hour after I feel approaching going to sleep again, and I feel resembling taking naps adjectives day. A friend told me that oversleeping can kind you tired.What are the danger or effects of oversleeping?

This is partially true, what happen is as you undergo more sleep cycles, REM sleep the deepest stage one every 90 minutes I believe, your body become more rested but when you wake up, your blood flow is slow so you be aware of tired because your muscles cannot get the oxygen they requirement. Just take a couple of vast breathes and stretch when you awake from a long period of sleeping. You should quality better as you get used to it because your body adjust. BTW its not called comeliness sleep for no reason :)
I agree beside your friends. I'm like that, the more i sleep the more tired if grain throughout the day. Do you dance to sleep late? and I don`t know a well fair diet with lots of fruits and vegetables might supply you some energy. Oh yeah and don't forget to workout if at all possible.
