What can I do to relieve fade away my knees and hip anguish?

I've had problems beside my knees for a while. Several years ago I was told I have bone spurs and was given a shot. About a year ago my knees started to bother me again when stooping, going up and down stair and extensive walking. Lately, the twinge has moved up toward my hip and town my leg and its chronic. If I lay on that side the agony is worse and penetrating. I haven't be evaluated for this new problems. When bending my knees I can hear it scrub. Could the knee and hip spasm be connected? What can I do to relieve fade away my knees and hip anguish?
Having had problems near my knees I can offer this proposal with experience. You want to go and see an Orthopod. Putting bad seeing a surgeon might save you money presently but in the long run you will suffer much more then on. Every time you flex you cause more incapacitate inside and the result will be early beginning of arthritis. Having you knees scoped will repair the damage already done and allow you to be cramp free. It can be done in sometime with unproblematic recuperation. I eventually had both knees replaced (one twice) because I put sour getting the help I needed.
Talk to your doctor nearly GLUCOSIMINE.
you could try Glucosamine. I have combined pain and my on a daily basis dose of glucosamine works like sleight of hand. If I don't take it I can just about move around for joint stiffness. Try it out
Glucosamine can be bought from the chemist or supermarket. It doesn't call for a drs script.
i get one and the same thing, have an x-ray on my knee, and i enjoy artritis and no cartalidge keft in it,, so it is bone on bone. as it is so tender i tend to walk differently, to form my knee touch better and this in turn make my hip hurt, its like a no win situation. i give somebody a lift ibuprophan 800 for it, this helps satisfactory to get by.
