What can u do to drain the headache contained by your heels?

Any herbal remedies or just...you know? No pills recommendations please! And thankfulness for answering! What can u do to drain the headache contained by your heels?
Soak your feet surrounded by hot water next to 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts. Afterwards pat an analgesic cream into the area. This should relief reduce the headache.
If it continues for more than two weeks you need to see a Podiatrist to find out what is cause the problem And to get nouns.
Along with the previous answer gel inserts surrounded by your shoes might help as capably...
just rub some Wicks Vapor Rub or Vaseline on it and it might be aware of better. that happened to someone i know and she rubbed lotion and Vaseline and stuff similar to that but i think the Wicks Vapor Rub would work better. so obedient luck!
Ok, I have a heel spur and can totally surface your pain! What works for me: each day soak in heat water (haven't tried totalling Epsom Salts but I may based on someone else's answer!) I wear a neoprene ankle brace from Wal-mart when it get REAL bad (I give the impression of being to twist my ankle and foot to avoid putting pressure on the spur) and I flex the top of my foot spinal column several times a day, stretching that muscle or whatever runs along the bottom of your foot. I also NEVER shift without shoes or slippers! I enjoy Dr. Scholl's new make well pain nouns inserts in my shoes and OMG they craft such a difference! Hope I helped!
