What could I hold diluted surrounded by my foot after stepping on 1 inch metal?

I stepped on the end of a bed frame next to all my counterweight. It went within at the arch of my foot at least an inch vast. now the heel of my foot the bubble at my toes and the outside of my foot hurts much more then the wound. What are the possibilities of what I've done?What could I hold diluted surrounded by my foot after stepping on 1 inch metal?

well you may obligation a tetanus shot..and you should probly go to the doctor.
Most probable, you hit a tendon or a muscle. Can you still move it? Have you see a doctor? Does it smell funkier than usual? Did you use antibacterial cream when you got hurt? My sister needed stitches for a similar injury. I would suggest have it checked out.
There's a possibility of severing your nerves or tendons. And I'm sure there is for a while muscle damage as economically. I would also be sure your shots are up to date as well a moment ago to be on the safe side. I would turn get it checked by a physician to be sure.
