What can i do for a pulled muscle?

Its in my groin. i did it 4 weeks ago and t still hurts doomed to failure.What can i do for a pulled muscle?
i got recommend from a coach at idaho cheer (wings) and you should take IB profen 3 times a time max dose for 4 days and ice it constantly afterwards after it feels better fry it but dont sleep with a heeting wipe it your body wil adjust to it it will probably take 8 wks to treat
Use heat and wipe. Whatever you do, don't ice it.
severely warm baths and ibuprofen!
stretch, stretch, and more stretching...alternate heat up and cold compresses. and take it assured for a week or so. the groin is very complex to heal because we use it so much...thats why football and hockey players can be nagged by them for a in one piece season if not warily managed
That is a nagging injury. It'll be around for rather sometime. You need to save it loose without over stretching and minimize your hustle and bustle.
It's not a pulled muscle if it was 4 weeks ago. Probably tendonitis or a to a certain extent torn tendon. Pulled muscles run away with rest surrounded by 3-4 days. See a doc. I get it contained by the groin frequently when I'm riding the track from 'dabbing'.
I am a masseuse and come across this problem alot. Massage with eucalyptus and lavender grease so that the pain will decease. Then, use a thaw heat pack to un knott any knot you may have. dont do alot of running, but stretch and you should be appropriate. Hope it helps. -m
Stretch it out as much as you can, run ibuprofen, and ice it. It may run a few more weeks to heal, if it hasn't gotten any better you may want to see a doctor.
