What are the Risks...?

of piercing my own lip? Whats the worst case scenario? What are the Risks...?
You run out up with a serious infection that requires emergency treatment and a backache so awful you wish your pave the way would fall stale. Look, it's best if you let the pro's do it for sanctuary and, if you must, be very mean to prevent infection.
Um. it gets infected? Try it out. You'll probably gross out. I pierced my ears and it worked out (actually, not here ear got infected, so i pierced it myself AGAIN), but i remember i be very completely grossed out. Good luck.
Pain and infection.
Infection. You don't want an infection in the mouth.
If you mix metals, this can be extremely dodgy because your saliva mixed with the mixed metals can be extremely toxic.
I wouldn't pierce my lip or tongue, but that's a personal choice. If I be you I would speak to a doctor first and learn the risks involved.
The worst that could occur?
Your lip turns black and falls off?
Go to a professional. If you want to pierce, do it right.
Infection is predictable and so is severe bleeding. You may faint if you lose satisfactory blood, either from excessive blood loss or shock at seeing so much of your own blood.
I own a friend that pierced his own lip using ice, peroxide and a sewing hypodermic. As long as you make sure you hold on to it disinfected it should turn out alright. He had no complications any and disinfected it with peroxide and Neosporin. Complications are due to the absence of proper care to the piercing.
