ANY bug can do it, it method you have an allergy ...could be cause by mosquito's, flea's, spiders, tic's, and so on. Seek medical treatment.
Horseflies and Cleggs are the usual suspects - you are probably alergic to their bite. Take a couple of antihistamines and call me within the morning. If a black line starts to travel from the bite up or down your leg afterwards get to the doctor ASAP.
