What cause the ringing roar contained by your ear?

You know how once in a while you go and get a ringing noise within your ear...You know that myth " When you hear ringing noise surrounded by your ear someone is talking going on for you".
well what cause this ringing?What cause the ringing roar contained by your ear?
Someone is not talking going on for you.
It means you enjoy tinnitus and if you have exposed yourself to loud sounds after its a sign that you have shabby your hearing.
Your cochlear have lots of hair cell in it resembling a snail shell and the bottom has recepters sending signal to your brain recounting it to hear. When you damage your audible range you mess and damage the spine cells.
It can also be a side effect to some medication or ear infection, ear wax. It can be symptom of some medical conditions aswell.
Also listening to loud music or tube. Even loud background nouns for any extended period can result in your ears to ring.
