the skin just below my nail is cracking and becoming sore & unsightly. what can i do to make them better? its primarily my on my thumbs.What can i do roughly my fingers?

use lots of moisturiser neutrogena do a great hand cream
preserve your hands moist...use moisturizing lotions...soak contained by warm wet also...
Your either a labourer, or own sensitive skin. Either way you requirement to use high concentrated cream. I reason Nivea do one. It's quite slimy but after a patient rub surrounded by it should cure your problem.

See your doc it could be dermatitis, if so they will give you somethig forit save for that just a really suitable hand cream
