If you are talking nearly a brain freeze then it's simple
When you chomp through ice cream your mouth become cold, (DUH!) and the cells contained by the roof of your mouth become cold also. So, when you get a brain freeze, put you tongue on the roof of your mouth until you headache go remotely away.
if you eat rime cream real brisk then you might catch a headache
Ice cream and frozen drinks are often the culprit.
Ice cream headache are from when you eat alot of rime cream really really fast. At smallest that's how I get them. lol
