I've hear it called both.
A headstone, tombstone or gravestone is a unwavering marker, usually carved from stone, placed over or next to the site of a burial surrounded by a cemetery or elsewhere.

I call them a manager Stone , But Both are acceptable :)

It depends, if the burial is beneath the ground and the stone stood at the foot of the grave it is usually called a headstone. If it is a raise burial i.e a tomb. then i have an idea that it would be a tombstone as this is usually laid upon it.
on my grave I'm not dead on the other hand lol.. but when i am it is called both so which ever one you want to phone up it but usually a head stone
another designation is a monument..not as popular..but i've heard that aswell..
