I think I first feel this during my college days when I use to carry beefy books on my left arm, but only just I observed that when singing, and trying to hit the high follow-up, like when attending a mass, I discern a radiating tingling pain on my moved out elbow. It just really bothers me.What cause radiating twinge surrounded by my disappeared elbow during singing?

I would see a chiropractor. Seems close to you could be pinching, stretching, or pulling on a cervical nerve.
